Years of knee and shoulder pain that made it a challenge to compete in the sports I love most drove me to find a better physical therapy solution. One that actually worked without injections, pills, surgery, or long rest periods that kept me out of the gym or off the court for long periods of time.
I found that by combining the sciences of physical rehabilitation and strength and conditioning, I was able to get back to my active lifestyle at peak performance and, most importantly, completely pain-free.
I knew I could help other high performing athletes and active adults with my methods and training, and so Apollo Performance Therapy was born.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified in Intramuscular Stimulation, Blood Flow Restriction training, and Clinical Management of Fitness Athletes, as well as a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, I work with athletes from all walks of life, generally specializing in treating shoulder, knee, and back pain for court sports, field sports, and fitness athletes.

Originally from Gander, NL, I graduated in 2016 with a diploma in practical nursing and spent six fulfilling years as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). During this time, I discovered a deep passion for health and fitness, which inspired me to transition full-time into personal training. Now, as a certified CrossFit Level 1 coach and an Active Life Professional-Candidate (ALP-C), I am dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
Growing up, I was always active, engaging in sports like hockey, volleyball, and swimming. It was my discovery of CrossFit that truly transformed my fitness journey. Today, I enjoy playing ball hockey, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and lifting weights. My primary focus is on building a resilient body that not only remains strong but also moves well as I age. I am passionate about empowering others to embrace an active lifestyle and prioritize their health for the long haul.
As a Certified Personal Trainer and ALP-C, I specialize in working with open-minded individuals looking to build strength and resilience. My experience as a Nurse and an Active Life Professional deeply informs my approach to personal training. It provides me the tools and knowledge to help individuals get out of pain and get back to doing the things they love, to live a life of freedom without compromise.
I strive to foster a community that champions individual growth, advocacy, and giving back to those in need. Believing in the importance of balance, I offer diverse workout options designed to help you live your best life every day—because we’re all human and deserve to enjoy the journey.
